  • By purchasing a Bengal kitten or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Kitten Adoption & Sales

  • A deposit is required to reserve a Bengal kitten. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment must be completed before a kitten is released to its new owner.

  • We ensure all kittens are healthy at the time of sale. However, once a kitten leaves our care, its health becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Kittens must be picked up or shipped using approved transport methods. Any additional costs (e.g., travel expenses) are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Health Guarantee

  • All kittens receive veterinary checkups, vaccinations, and deworming before leaving our cattery.

  • We offer a limited health guarantee against genetic defects. Details will be provided in our contract.

  • Buyers are required to have their kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them. Failure to do so voids any health guarantees.

4. Breeding Rights & Pet Adoption

  • Unless specified, all kittens are sold as pets only and must be spayed/neutered.

  • If purchasing a kitten with breeding rights, the buyer must follow ethical breeding practices and register the kitten with an approved association (e.g., TICA).

5. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept payments via [List Payment Methods].

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable except in cases where we cannot provide a kitten as agreed.

  • Any chargebacks or disputes without valid cause may result in legal action.

6. Website Use & Content

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Bengal Dreamscape and cannot be copied or used without permission.

  • We are not responsible for any external links or third-party services mentioned on our website.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all details on our website.

  • Bengal Dreamscape is not liable for any issues arising from the improper care, handling, or environment provided by the new owner.
